All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT and other fees. Card and bank fees are disclosed before purchase. The transaction fee does not exceed the fees set by PBS. The price indicated at the time of order is the applicable order price. Reservations are made for discontinued items and errors. Discounts are not given on sale and campaign items.

Security of payment
When buying in an online store, you are better protected than in the physical world. Delivery
When purchasing goods over DDKK 4500, delivery is free. Orders below DKK 4500 cost DKK 300 in shipping.
We deliver furniture to Greater Copenhagen with our own courier, and we deliver goods once a week. Goods to Funen and Jutland are delivered with Danish carriers. As a starting point, we only deliver to fixed islands. Contact us if you want a price for shipping to non-bridged islands on tel. 3961 1944.
When you order goods, we endeavor to contact you for an expected delivery date. You will then be contacted before delivery to arrange a time for delivery to your address. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order at our address in Hellerup - by arrangement. The delivery time for our furniture can continuously vary, as it is made-to-order, so all delivery times are indicative and subject to reservation. If an item cannot be delivered as expected, you will be notified of this in addition to receiving a new expected delivery time. If you order and buy an item that is not in stock, it will be ordered home. All stated delivery times must be regarded as indicative, with reservations being made for delayed delivery from Wang/1000chairs.com ApS wholesalers. If you have a special need, call and let us help. Delivery (Abroad)
Wang/1000chairs.com ApS delivers primarily in Denmark, and this is free shipping on all items. If you want to order a web order that goes abroad, this can be done for a fee and agreed by telephone. If you order from a non-EU country, the goods are VAT-free, which means that you can deduct 20% from all prices in the online shop. However, you must be aware that any VAT from your own country is added to the goods before they are handed over to you, just as you may be charged customs. If you order from an EU country, you must pay VAT. If you order from an EU country as a registered company, however, you do not have to pay VAT if you provide a VAT number. Freight

the freight. It is an ongoing process that is constantly optimized. To have your item delivered, you must pay shipping, unless we run campaigns with free shipping. If you tick "Pick up yourself", you will receive an email when the item is ready for collection. For all deliveries, delivery is guaranteed to the door at street level. Typically, however, packages will be delivered directly to your door, but if the item is too heavy for one person, or if you live in a way where delivery is difficult, you must be ready to provide assistance to the forwarder. The same applies to the delivery of larger items, where the carrier alone cannot be expected to be able to carry the item into your home. Flexible delivery
When you, as a customer of Wang/1000chairs.com ApS, order one or more goods and want our carrier to place the goods at a given location, the risk passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. If necessary, consider an alternative delivery address such as your workplace.
Track & Trace
For packages sent with Post Danmark, you will receive a Track & Trace number by e-mail, so that you can follow the shipment via Post Danmark's website. As not all shipping providers are able to send Track & Trace information, we cannot guarantee that you will receive tracking information on all products.
Receipt of goods/freight damage
The risk for goods purchased from Wang/1000chairs.com ApS passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. When you receive goods from an online store, you should immediately check the packaging for visible damage upon receipt. Complaints

The right to complain is your right to complain about a product that has faults or defects that were present when the product was sold. Once the item has been returned and approved, the full amount will be refunded. Please note that the return is at your own expense.
