Step 1: Design phase 

We create a shared frame of reference through a review of the space to be designed, as well as its wishes and needs. Based on this, we develop mood boards, ideas, and initial sketches. The concept is developed, reviewed, adjusted, and approved. We work with 3D tools to ensure that we get the best understanding of the space and the possibilities within the solution.

Step 2: Project & Budget

The approved project is divided into sub-plans and refined. Final materials, colors, lighting, fixtures, and furniture are selected. Custom fixtures are designed and detailed, while products and materials are specified and approved. Suppliers and manufacturers are contacted, and a detailed budget for the project is prepared and carefully reviewed with the client. A comprehensive project prospectus is created, including a mood board, interior design plans, a furniture and lighting overview, and the approved budget. The project is then ready for execution once final approval is obtained.

Step 3: Execution phase

We manage the ordering of agreed-upon products and materials for special surfaces. We ensure that the correct colors and materials are ordered in good time and delivered to the site, avoiding the need for alternatives and preventing delays.  

Project Consulting: We assist with construction management of craftsmen throughout the entire building process and help ensure that the correct solutions are implemented. We will be on-site 2-3 days a week or as needed. We ensure the project is carried out in accordance with the design and project proposal. A project plan is created to provide an overview of the process, and we coordinate with suppliers and craftsmen.  

A supply agreement for furniture and fixtures is prepared: We coordinate procurement, storage, and logistics in connection with the installation, which is budgeted.  

Styling of spaces in connection with handover: We ensure that everything is arranged neatly, with all pictures, accessories, and plants in place. Lighting is positioned correctly, and everything else is ready.
